Mezz Pro-Am made its way to Sandcastle Billiards in Edison NJ. On Sunday February 25th. Strong field came out to play, the field included players like: Shaun Wilkie, Jimmy Rivera, Danny “Kid Delicious” Basavich, Caroline Pao, Steve Fleming, Rick Scarlato, Jake Lawson, Erin McManus Tony Manning, Randy Davis and Clint Clayton to name a few.

Leading the top half of the bracket was Jimmy Rivera with wins over Jay Chui 7-3, Mark Koellhoffer 7-1, Garry Serano 7-3, and Keith Guenzel 7-6. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Shaun Wilkie with wins over Anthony Danniballe 7-0, Steve Fleming 7-3, Caroline Pao 7-0, and Ray Lee 7-3.

Playing for the hot seat was Jimmy Rivera vs Shaun Wilkie this match was all Wilkie as he won 7-1 to get to the finals and sending Jimmy Rivera to the on lost side. Waiting for Rivera on the on lost side was Steve Fleming this was a good match but it was Jimmy Rivera pulling away late to win the match 7-4 to get to the finals.

In the finals was a rematch with Shaun Wilkie Vs Jimmy Rivera first set race to 7 with the second a one game sudden death. Both players decided to split the pot thus making Shaun Wilkie the Mezz Pro-Am champion congratulations to Shaun Wilkie who went undefeated.
